How the Replacement Program Works

Step 1: Request Your Free Shipping Bag

Order the Template Replacement Safety Cover Bag to start the process. We'll send you a free replacement cover shipping bag along with instructions for preparing your existing pool safety cover.

Step 2: Ship Your Existing Cover to Our Manufacture

Place your old pool safety cover in the provided bag and ship it directly to Manufacture. All hardware must be removed before shipping it.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to and from Manufacture.

Step 3: Our Manufacture Reviews Your Cover

Once your cover arrives, Tara Manufacturing will inspect it to confirm it can be used as a template for a replacement cover. You will then receive a quote for the replacement cover.

Step 4: Your New Cover Is Manufactured

After your order is completed, our Manufacture uses your existing cover as the template to produce a brand-new custom replacement pool safety cover.

Step 5: Receive Your New Pool Safety Cover

Your new custom safety cover is shipped directly to you and is designed to fit your pool using the original measurements and anchor layout whenever applicable.
