Description
Pump manufacturers do not make the motors they use for their pumps. AO Smith, Magnetek, or Centurion typically make the motor. Your pump's motor should have a label or faceplate with the necessary information for replacement, such as horsepower, motor frame, voltage, and service factor. Occasionally, a model number, labeled as CR or CAT, will be provided.
