The pool filters I ordered from your company are fine and I am very happy with the product and price. However, I am not happy with Best Buy Pool Supply. After I placed the order I received no information on when my order would arrive, or even if you intended to fulfill the order. I called your company and emailed you many times without any answer. After more than two weeks of no response I felt compelled to dispute the order with my credit card company for fear you were no longer in business. I do not anticipate placing any more orders with you, unless a creditable explanation of your lack of response occurs.
I give this company 5 stars due to the facts that the product was as advertised came in a timely manner and the price was competitive with other vendors what more could you ask for so far I am very satisfied with this product and company thanks.

Best Pool supply had it at a great price and also delivered it quick with excellent communication. Skimmer has been great to use since out of the box. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and only charged it once. Solar charge works great.
