EasyCare Scaletec Plus Descaler and Stain Remover 64 oz 20064 - 2 Pack

Scaletec® Plus was formulated in 1991 to dissolve and remove white calcium scale buildup on pool surfaces and tile. The product will NOT remove old hard scales consisting of calcium silicate - the scale acid will not remove.

• Calcium scale = white mineral buildup
• Old hard scale = greyish-white mineral buildup

Descaling Tips:

• Raise and maintain water level over scaled tile area during cleanup period.
• Do not chlorine shock pool.
• Keep chlorine levels at 3.0 ppm or less.  Use algaecide as needed to keep pool free of algae growths.
• Salt pools - turn off salt generator during entire cleanup period (use liquid chlorine or chlorine tabs as an alternative treatment).
